Sewing station specifically developed to apply a card rider on socks.
Rider Station
Flexible operating module with multiple options:
- Tags magazine.
- Direct printing on tag.
- Label application on tag with or without printer.
- Sewing machine Easy Rider or different options for plastic pin.
- Option for plastic hook with or without automatic vibrating feeder.
- Option for unloading station with stacking device.
Possibility to connect additional modules. Socks are correctly placed with the help of a laser beam and a mechanical system moves them under the sewing machine or plastic pin gun. Unloading system can be programmed for a single or a multi-pairs stack (optional).
