To train ministry-certified skilled technicians, Lonati develops targeted programs in specific technological areas such as energy efficiency and sustainable mobility, cultural heritage and activities, and information and communication.

Education for a better future.

We believe that people are the fundamental foundation of both work and society, and we are committed to supporting vocational education in line with the objectives set out in the Prime Ministerial Decree of January 25, 2008. These objectives include: diversifying and strengthening the educational offering; reinforcing the training system and collaboration with local communities and scientific research centers; promoting orientation toward technical professions by encouraging information initiatives and improving the training and development of teachers in scientific and technical-vocational subjects; and supporting active labor policies and lifelong learning programs for workers throughout their careers.
All of this is pursued with the same dedication and commitment that have defined us for over 70 years.

Learning from our history.

The textile industry of Brescia carries values of craftsmanship and quality rooted in the traditions of ancient artisan workshops and embroidery schools. Here, complex and original works have come to life—valuable creations renowned worldwide. The same passion and operational culture, combined with the value of apprenticeship, has become essential to ensuring the continuity of skills, discovering new talents, and fostering cross-cultural growth. This heritage finds new vitality in European institutes dedicated to design, fashion, and marketing.
