Tecnopea’s Machining Service offers contract processing based on a dedicated production department, equipped with advanced technologies for high-precision machining. Thanks to a qualified staff, Tecnopea performs mechanical processing on metal components, both on flat pieces and on pre-formed parts. Among the types of machining offered, in addition to laser cutting and bending, there is also a complete choice of complementary mechanical machining: drilling, countersinking, threading, milling and turning, calendering and welding operations. Finally Tecnopea provides an Assistance and Technical Evaluation service to determine together with the customer the feasibility of the workings, evaluating on a case-by-case basis the operating order, the tolerances obtainable and any geometric interferences, in order to guarantee the quality of the final product and compliance with the required needs.
Laser cutting
Accuracy and versatility.
3 TRUMPF 6 and 12 kW high productivity fiber laser cutting systems dedicated to high precision cutting of metallic materials, with a working area of 4000×2000 mm. Tecnopea performs machining on carbon steel, INOX steel and aluminum with thickness up to 40 mm and brass and copper with thickness up to 12 mm.

Folding
Bringing every need in the fold.
Tecnopea offers 2 TRUMPF 4-axis bending machines with presses of up to 130 tons and a working width of up to 3000 mm for precise and controlled bends on a wide range of sheet metal parts, the cut components are processed to perform all the bending sequences necessary to obtain the finished product.

Drilling
According to drawing specifications and required tolerances, in accordance with the material, thickness and geometry of the part.
Flaring
Precision on mechanical parts with high dimensional accuracy and finish to customer specifications.
Thread
Thread services for third parties, internal and external, with precision, uniformity of pitch and excellent thread quality.
Milling and turning
Completion or finishing of parts, with integration and coordination of laser cutting and bending operations.
Calendering
For thicknesses up to 5 mm with working range up to 1000 mm after feasibility check on material and part geometries.
Welding
Performed on various metal materials, either by TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) or MIG/MAG (Metal Inert/Active Gas) technology.
Warehouse
So that nothing is ever lacking.
In order to guarantee its business partners operational continuity and logistical efficiency, Tecnopea has a warehouse dedicated exclusively to the storage of raw materials and semi-finished products related to third-party service. This space was designed, created and organized to ensure immediate availability of materials and components used in third-party processing, to optimize production flows and delivery times, and to preserve and protect the integrity of materials and products through storage practices that comply with the highest industry standards.
