Rider Station

Sewing station specifically developed to apply a card rider on socks.

Flexible operating module with multiple options:

• Tags magazine.
• Direct printing on tag.
• Label application on tag with or without printer.
• Sewing machine Easy Rider or different options for plastic pin. 
• Option for plastic hook with or without automatic vibrating feeder.
• Option for unloading station with stacking device.
• Possibility to connect additional modules.

Socks are correctly placed with the help of a laser beam and a mechanical system moves them under the sewing machine or plastic pin gun. Unloading system can be programmed for a single or a multi-pairs stack (optional).
