Tecnopea Folding & Stacking module brings the automation inside this step of the packaging process thanks to the possibility to select and store folding, orienting and stacking sequences of socks creating stacks with a different setting for each pair.

Manual preparation of socks, following ironing, has always been a complex and onerous process for companies that are asked to packagings with numerous product combinations. This results in great flexibility of use that allows production to be adapted to different packagings and market demands. The presentation of each pair is set up by selecting the appropriate icons shown by the display in the desired sequence, for each bundle. Each sock grouping configuration can be stored for later use and, electronic function monitoring means that the sequence is not interrupted even if a pair is removed from the folding device, resuming exactly where it left off. The machine’s output belt is easily connected to a pouch or bundle packaging module.
